Synthesis Lab
Our lab on the third floor of D’Iorio is our primary wet lab. Most synthesis performed by group members is done in this lab as it is fully equipped for organic synthesis with nine fumehoods, a solvent purification system, rotary evaporators, and various instrumentation useful for analyzing synthetic transformations. Noteworthy instruments include two HPLCs, a GC-MS equipped with an autosampler, as well as a dual oven GC-FID/TCD equipped with an autosampler for analysis of liquid and gaseous samples.
