Bio

I am a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Ottawa. I got my Bachelor (2008-2012) and PhD degree (2012-2018) at the School of the Environment, Nanjing University. My research has been focused on omics-based mechanistic toxicology of environmental chemicals and mixtures.

Research project

1) Cross-species comparison of transcriptomics in human, avian and fish neural cell lines exposed to MeHg
2) Comparison of transcriptomics of Per and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFASs) in human liver cell lines and liver stem cells
3) Toxicogenomic assessment of complex chemical signatures in avian species
4) Omics data for AOP network-based chemical assessment.
