My name is Allison Loan I am a PhD candidate at the University of Ottawa in the Department of Biology. I am being co-supervised by Dr. Laurie Chan and Dr. Jing Wang. My research focuses on the underlying mechanism that triggers alterations in neurogenesis after exposure to low-dose methylmercury. Outside of work I spend time watching Netflix with my cats.
