JOB OPENINGS

My work is of a theoretical and computational nature (I do not have a wet or dry lab). Sometimes lab work is possible as part of a project, in which case it is co-supervised with an experimental colleague of mine.

I am CURRENTLY looking for a POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHER in the area of neural dynamics, especially related to memory circuits, demyelination (MS) and epilepsy. Please send me your CV if you are interested. In some cases, joint funding with one of my collaborators is possible.

NOTE: Foreign graduate students at the PHD LEVEL pay similar tuition fees as canadian students.  

NOTE: Graduate students that are either canadian citizens or permanent residents and who enter the MSc or Ph.D. program with an A- (80%) average or above are eligible to apply for an entrance scholarship by the Faculty of Science (1 year for MSc, 4 year for PhD). This means that they do not have to pay any tuition fees for four years if the application is successful.
