I do not have a laboratory, so my work is of a theoretical and computational nature. Sometimes lab work is possible as part of a project, in which case it is co-supervised with an experimental colleague of mine.

I am CURRENTLY looking for a POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHER in the area of neural dynamics, especially of memory circuits. Please send me your CV if you are interested. In some cases, joint funding with one of my collaborators is possible.

NOTE: Foreign graduate students at the PHD LEVEL pay the SAME TUITION FEES as canadian students.

THERE IS NO FOREIGN COMPONENT TO THE TUITION FEES for PHD .

NOTE: Graduate students that are either canadian citizens or permanent residents and who enter the Ph.D. program with an A- (80%) average or above are automatically given an entrance scholarship by the Faculty of Science for four years. This means that they do not have to pay any tuition fees for four years. For canadian citizens and permanent residents entering the M.Sc. program with a minimum average of A (80%), there is a one-year entrance scholarship.
