An overview of our essential research instruments and equipment within our laboratory facility.


Ti:Sapphire Femtosecond Laser System

Ti:Sapphire regenerative amplifier systems operates at 800nm with a repetition rate of 1 kHz, producing 40 fs pulses with a maximum pulse energy of 2.5mJ (2.5W).


Yb:KGW Femtosecond Laser System

Yb:KGW regenerative amplifier systems operates at 1032 nm with a repetition rate of 1kHz – 1 MHz, producing 190fs pulse duration with a maximum average power of 3W.


Optical Parametric Amplifier (OPA)

TOPAS-C pumped by a Ti:sapphire laser system and Orpheus-He pumped by Pharos laser system.


Single-shot Auto-Correlator and Frog

Time-of-flight Mass Spectrometer (TOFMS)

Machining Platform

Three-axis translation stages (Newport) with a bidirectional repeatability of 100nm along the lateral dimensions (X,Y) and 200nm along the axial direction (Z).
