The scientific programme of the CT2016 meeting will feature both invited and contributed talks.
Participants are encouraged to submit an abstract; the scientific committee will evaluate the abstracts
and decide which merit a contributed talk (plenary or in parallel sessions).
In case there is a surplus of abstracts,
the scientific committee may decide to offer some participants the possibility of
presenting their work in a poster session.
Submission Deadline: June 9, midnight EST.
Please prepare your abstract using the following latex template:
The length of the (pdf of the) abstract should not exceed one page, including references.
Please name your abstract as follows: "lastname_f.tex", where "f" is your first initial.
To submit an abstract, please send both the tex source and the resulting pdf file to
the chair of the Scientific Committee
Steve Lack ,
indicating "CT2016 submission" in the subject line.
Important: if you have not received an acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours after submitting
your abstract, please contact the SC.
The Scientific Committee will inform participants of the acceptance of their abstract
by July 11, 2016
If you need an early decision (for example because your access to travel funds
is dependent upon having a presentation accepted for the meeting) then please inform the
committee of this in your submission email.
