The course will start on Tuesday, January 5, 13:00-14:30, in ART026. Details regarding the course are contained in the course outline. Following are some of them.

The course has a DGD on Mondays. There are two times available (8:30-10 and 14:30-16). You must register for one of them. The first DGD will be on Monday, January 11.

Tests: There will be two tests, on Tuesday, February 9, 13:00-14:30 and on Thursday, March 25, 11:30-13:00.

Homework: There will be four assignments, due on Tuesdays at the beginning of the class on Jan. 19, Feb. 2, March 2 and March 16.

Textbook: The textbook of the course is W. K. Nicholson, Linear Algebra with applications, 6th edition, McGraw-Hill Ryerson. Note that this is not the same textbook as the one used in MAT 1341 in the fall 2009. Since the differences are not very substantial, it is possible to use the old textbook. But the references and suggested exercises will be based on the official textbook of the course.
