You can only find partial lecture notes here. You should print out the lecture notes before each lecture and bring them to the class with you. We will fill in the blanks the class.

 

The list of exercises under the Recommended Exercises is only a sample of the questions you should be able to solve after finishing the corresponding section. You should not limit yourself to these exercises. It is strongly recommended that you try the exercises on your own before the following lecture, and take your questions to the DGD session.
