How to succeed in MAT 1318

To succeed in MAT 1318 follow these suggestions:

Attend every class.

Before each lecture, read the relevant section in the text (indicated on the syllabus).

Do the recommended exercises for each lecture not later than a day after the lecture.

If you have trouble doing the recommended exercises come to see me during the office hours.

Take your questions to the Math Help Centre, located at MARION 021, or to the office hours. The Math Help Centre can get busy during the exams. Make sure you resolve your problems on the run; don't let them accumulate.

During the Study Break (October 26-30), the Help Centre will be open Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM only and closed on Monday and Tuesday.
